1. Refunds for Hard Goods
To qualify for a refund for physical products ("Hard Goods"), the following conditions must be met:
- Request Submission:
- Refunds must be requested in writing via email at support@zapkaro.com.
- The request must be made within 7 (seven) days of the original purchase date.
- Return of Goods:
- Hard goods must be returned to Zapkaro Technologies LLP. following the instructions provided upon contacting support@zapkaro.com.
- Returned items must be:
- Unused,
- In their original packaging, and
- In a like-new or resellable condition, as determined at Zapkaro's sole discretion.
- Inspection and Approval:
- All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the above conditions.
- Refund approval is subject to this inspection.
2. Refunds for Digital/Subscription-Based Goods
Refunds for digital goods or subscription services are subject to the following conditions:
- Request Submission:
- Refunds must be requested in writing via email at support@zapkaro.com.
- The request must be made within 7 (seven) days of the original purchase date.
- Subscription Cancellation:
- If the subscription is canceled within 7 (seven) days of purchase, a refund may be approved upon request.
- If the subscription is canceled after 7 (seven) days, refunds may or may not be approved at Zapkaro's discretion. In such cases, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.
- In certain cases, a deduction may apply for payment gateway fees.
